Refund Policy

At XPS Xpress California, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. After 15 days, you will receive store credit or an equal exchange. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

We DO NOT accept returns on the following items:

  • Chemicals

  • Polyurea

  • Epoxy

  • Pigments and/or Dyes

  • Used Equipment

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging.

  • Any accessories that came with the item must be returned along with the product to qualify for a full refund.

  • Products that have been modified or used are not eligible for return.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies on new equipment returns if approved by XPS Xpress California.

  • Items returned in obvious misuse will not be credited.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns Due to Our Error:

If your return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Processing Your Return:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days from the date we receive your return.

  • The refund will be applied to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase).

  • You can expect to receive your refund within two weeks of handing the package to the return shipper. This includes:

    • Transit time (5–10 business days)

    • Processing time at XPS Xpress California (3–5 business days)

    • Bank processing time (5–10 business days)

How to Return an Item:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Under the My Account menu, click on Complete Orders.

  3. Select the order and click on the Return Item(s) button.

  4. Once your return is processed, we will notify you via email.
